Have pagerank of more than 3 in your blog?

You learn something new every day.  Once again, I have questions. I can tell you're surprised. 


Are dofollow plugins related to a particular blogtype like Blogpost or Wordpress or whatever? 

Also, where can you find these dofollow blogs and how exactly do you inform them? I imagine you'd be expected to leave a constructive comment and hope it draws traffic. 

Last question. Is there any way you can tell if a blog has that plugin set up or not?

I didn't know about this either. I have a blog through Blogger as well and essentially no knowledge of CSS so I'd be curious if there's a simple way to get the plug-in going on mine.

This is the reason why I?m seeing a lot do follow blogs most of the times.  I don?t have a pr yet but I?m thinking of giving the do follow attribute a shot once that my site has a page rank.  The question is what plugin can I used?

I use digg and stumbleupon but the traffic is too low as of now. Hope it will increase.
