There is quite a buzz and I would like to ask the members if they visit the sig links and how often do they visit.

It really depends on how much stock I put in the member's posts in general. If I like what they're saying for the most part or they usually have interesting, well thought-out posts then visiting their links is something I'd do.

Yeah...I do visit the links in signatures, but before clicking on the links,I always check the quality of the posts of the poster & never hesitate to view the poster's profile.Interestingly from signature links,I've discovered some good useful sites.

I would have to agree with suvan.  If the person is just posting to get his signature there then I won't be interested. But if he actually contributed then better chance I'll check it out.

I visit only those which i find interesting, which means that those that don't have anchor links are out for me.

Not a lot of people randomly visit links in the signatures.  For one, what masked said was right, you have to sound like you make sense and know what you're talking about to get people interested.  And for some, it's the anchor text that makes a good impression.

A lot of times though, it's more of a need basis.  If someone in the forums wants to buy a puppy, then you have a signature that says Cute Puppy needs Loving Home. then you're sure to get a hit.  Which is another reason why you should only invest time in relevant forums

Typically no. I assume it's an advertisement for something, and I'm bombarded by those all day. I'm not about to go out of my way to see more.
