You should know without traffic, you don't have a business at all.

You also know traffic that is actually searching for what you have to offer is the best kind of traffic. It's what we call quality and targeted traffic.

Well how do you go about getting this kind of high quality traffic?


1.Getting one way links pointing directly to your website from relevant high authority websites in your niche can give you some very targeted traffic. The higher the site is ranking in the search engines, the more natural traffic you can expect to receive from that given link too. Imagine if you had several hundred or thousand one way links each from a very trusted high authority web site all passing on their page rank to your site!


2.Advertising in newsletters and ezines. Your ad's response can vary from the different newsletters and ezines.  Smart marketers know you can send out a smaller 'test run' of an ad to gauge the response to a particular ad from a given newsletter readership or ezine. After you discover which ones are profitable, you can roll out larger for big profits and minimal risk.


3.Writing articles.  You'll really like writing articles because you know if someone clicks on one of your links, it is only after they have already read an article of yours or 250-500 words that you wrote.  That translates into trust and ultimately sales because people buy from who they like, know and trust. The reason this makes article marketing so powerful for increasing your traffic is because they wouldn't have subscribed to receive more offers from you if they didn't want to learn more from you and about what you have to offer in the first place. and want to know more.

4.While this can get quickly expensive, ppc can be great quality, fast targeted traffic.  The important focus here is to target the traffic as closely as possible to your offer.  If you are selling instant all natural acne cures, you want to bid on “instant acne home rememdy”, instead of just 'acne'.  You should test different search phrases and keywords and make sure to track your results so you can always improve your profitability. Doing this from the beginning gives you great leverage later and valuable data.

These may be only 4 secrets, but you can be assured this kind of  quality traffic wins out for you everytime over unusable bulk traffic.
