Your web traffic options are only limited by two things:
Time or Money
Yours appears to be limited by money.. sooo.....
If you have time but not money, then you can put in some content effort to generate traffic from:
blogging, article marketing, squidoo lenses, hubpages, USFreeAds to name but a few sits you can publish content to in order to generate traffic..
The traffic on the internet moves in a smooth flow from link to link, so in order for YOU to generate more traffic to your pages, they have to exist as links on other sites or in the SERP's, more links, more traffic.
Once you appreciate this, you then need to appreciate the power and quality each link holds for you. Not every link is the same quality, I trust you understand?..
A link on a brand new website in the bio box of an article is powerless in comparison to a link in the resource box of an EzineArticle or a squidoo lens...
Just a few things to think about

Time or Money is Correct.
Jay is right.
When I started out, I wasn't really interested in buying traffic. So I wrote articles.
If I were to do it over...I'd start advertising in smaller ezines. Get some leads then partner with people and get solo mailings or list swaps.
The key is to build a list b/c this asset pays off with traffic. People trade leads all the time by offering their list a valuable freebie to their list so someone will do the same for them.
It's a great lead generator and seeing 20 new leads in one day on your list is an amazing feeling

The small stuff is good but I suggest you strive to increase your lead count each day.
So here's a plan...
Week 1
Try to get 1 new subscriber per day. Giveaways and small ezine ads (less than 50 bucks) will help you here.
Week 2
Set a goal to get 2 leads per day.
Week 3
Try finding a swap partner or two on IMadswaps.com or Jvlistbuilding.com and also in the Warrior Forum.
Week 4
If you're increasing to 4 leads per day this week, pretty soon you're going to have a nice list going.
This is all it takes to get good traffic and build a list (I say this on a traffic forum b/c it's that important).
Cheers,
Brad Spencer
