Hello All,

I'm new here, and I've joined because I'd like to get some feed back on a project I'm doing.

I've gotten into the PTC industry and am planning to launch my site in the next little while.

What I'd like to hear from you guys are your thoughts on this method of driving traffic to sites, if you've ever used this method, and your experiences/results.

Finally....if you have not used this method or have but didn't like it, what changes would you like to see that would encourage you try this form of traffic.

Thanks a lot, for your feedback.........

OK....so now you've got a new website? I bet you are ready to start making some money? How are you supposed to make sales if you don't have a good deal of traffic? One of the problems people are faced with when starting a new online business is lack traffic to their website. My article today, outlines four important steps you really must take to start generating some good traffic to your website.

1. Ensure you have good quality unique content on your brand new website. Search engine robots look at all websites on a regular basis looking for sites with fresh and new content - they love it! Of paramount importance is new and quality information content. This will help immensely when it comes to getting indexed. I create new content daily!

2. Do your keyword research and have all your keywords on your website. It is important to have all the niche relevant keywords and phrases relative to your topic on your web pages and any of the articles you post on your website. Doing that will increase your website ranking on search engines and in time your website will rank high when people are searching for the terms you have used! You can expect some fantastic traffic through the Search Engines, if you do it right. Once your traffic arrives, your graet content will help keep them at your site and logically the next step is ka-ching! sales!

3. Since your website is brand new, you must submit it to search engines. Funnily enough, you can't be found until you can be seen. Once your URL is indexed by the engines, you can expect traffic for your chosen keywords because searches can now find you.

4. Start building back links! Reciprocal linking is not as effective as it used to be - but it's better than no back links at all!

...and just when you think you've built enough links, build some more.   Smiley

I used some Paid To Click traffic once.

Yes - it got a ton of traffic, however, it seemed highly untargeted and did not result in any sales from what I could see.

Focusing on targeted traffic seems to work better.

If you could work out how to target PTC traffic better - you would be on a winner.

Regards

I think that purerly depends on the PTC site, there are some that dont even work literally, the traffic is bogus,.But there are others that could give you some very good results. But i personally dont like PTC traffic alot..

Hey, he was planning a PTC site. Does it make sense to expect new content daily from a PTC site or other similar websites? It's good advice for general websites though.

I have used PTC traffic and it can be useful but only with certain offers.  If you're offering them a way to make money that's easy and free, you might have a shot.  Anything else, forget it.  All the users are there to make money, not to spend it...not to build a business.  You'll get hits but don't expect conversions.  When you do get lucky and get a sale, consider it a bonus.
